David M. Barish lectured about Ethics and Wage Loss in Seminars for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education. He also spoke about ethics at the Arbitrator Training held by the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. In February, 2014 he will be the moderator at the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s two day Workers’ Compensation Institute.
