Klosowski

Daniel Klosowski joined Katz Friedman in the Summer of 2026. His practice is focused on representing injured workers in Workers’ Compensation claims throughout Illinois. He also represents plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Daniel worked in construction throughout high school and college and learned of the need for hard-working people to have vigorous advocacy.

Prior to joining Katz Friedman, Daniel worked for 14 years at two other Petitioner/ Plaintiff firms. Daniel was made a partner at his previous firm in 2019. He tried Workers’ Compensation cases at this firm and represented thousands of clients. He also took several personal injury cases to trial in front of juries in Cook County.

Daniel is a member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Daniel graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2012. He graduated summa cum laude from Valparaiso University in 2009, double majoring in political science and economics.

Daniel is originally from northwest Indiana. Both his mother and stepfather are attorneys representing injured people in Indiana. In his free time, Daniel enjoys reading, traveling with his spouse, and cheering for the Chicago White Sox.
