Mr. Johnson practices in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury. Prior to joining Katz, Friedman, Eagle, Eisenstein, Johnson & Bareck, Mr. Johnson’s practice included representing persons injured in the fire protection, law enforcement, construction, and transportation industries at the trial and appellate court levels. His current practice concentrates in representing employees injured in the automobile manufacturing and construction industries.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History with Honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000 and was a member of Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society. Mr. Johnson earned his Juris Doctorate with Honors from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in 2003. While at Chicago-Kent, Mr. Johnson served as a member of the International Law Student Association, International Law Moot Court Honor Society, and Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Mr. Johnson is a member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Law Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association.

Mr. Johnson is also a certified Emergency Medical Technician. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hunting, and diving.
